MEGATRO fabricates every structure from the ground up, especially our green filed tower for overhead transmission line project, these tower are often used in green filed and transfer filed, roadway, highway, mountain, river and other areas, with longer span and tension force. Here, we offer Green filed tower for 11KV, 35KV, 66KV, 110KV, 132 KV, 220 KV, 400 KV, 500KV, 750KV, 800KV, 1000KV and 1100KV as well as tower line design. Being an ISO certified organization, we maker use of optimized technology and ensure that our towers efficiently meet the defined functional standards. These towers are precision designed to deliver long lasting performance even in toughest working conditions. The optimization of manufacturing facilities and incorporation of top standard accessories ensure the effective functionality of these towers. These towers are carefully engineered to handle the medium to heavy-duty applications.


Our Green filed towers for overhead transmission line project are constructed of solid steel legs and angle iron cross members & pipes. Structures can reach heights up to 200 meter as per our design. MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of every tower section. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.

After fabrication all towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
