this photo refer to our double circuit transmission pole, it is also tension angel pole. Tension tower was located between every three or four suspension tower to pull the conductors which are re-tied in tension tower insulators. And Where in the power transmission and distribution line, it must change direction, then angle pole are used. Structures are classified as angle suspension, angle strain, and angle dead-end. In angle degree, they are classified as light angle, medium angle and heavy angle.

And this 138KV angle tension steel pole was made of hollow pipe, which can be quickly deployed with minimal hardware and labor, factory drilled to customer specifications or modified in the field, if required, using a carbide-tip bit. In general, this type of pole fabricated with mild steel or high strength steel, such as ASTM A36, ASTM A572 GR50, GR65, Q235B, Q345B, S355JO, S355JR, ST37, ST52, BS 50B or other. To meet the expectation, we produce shop drawings, components list and full production documentation, and even complete 3D models that facilitate the elimination of all design and drawings errors generated on the drawings. Another advantage is our 3D design and loading & design report, and can optimized the design and save cost for our clients.
