Now most countries power transmission and distribution line often adopt single circuit and double circuit. With development of power transmission project, the power line become more and more, then this condition force we create multi circuit and strict power line, which adopt multi circuit tower.
The multi circuit tower can effectively reduce the corridors for overhead transmission line and the occupied lands, it had good economic and social benefits. This tower is widely used in 110KV, 132KV, 220KV, 400KV, 500KV, 750KV, 800KV, 1000KV, 1100KV line. For higher volate, the use of high strength steel on the tower structure is more important.
Multi Circuit Tower for Power Transmission Line

MEGATRO fabricates every structure multi circuit tower by solid steel legs and angle iron cross members & pipes. Structures can reach heights up to 200 meter. MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of every multi circuit tower section. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.

After fabrication all towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.

MEGATRO's multi circuit tower systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arm. MEGATRO also offers a wide variety of accessories and mounts.
