Single circuit 230KV H-Frame structure
The 230-kV single-circuit overhead transmission line is widely use in overseas countries project, which same to Chinese 220KV transmission project. Single circuit 230KV H frame structures can be used for electric sub-transmission or transmission applications in a range of lengths and sizes. MEGATRO H-Frames weigh considerably a little heavier less than traditional wood structures and are easier to transport and install. It is predominately built with H-frame tubular-steel pole structures. All dead end and angle structures were guyed.

MEGATRO has a complete staff of professional engineering personnel trained in the PLS pole program and three different manufacturing process for produce poles. We utilize the latest version of PLS-CAD, PLS-POLE, TOWER, AUTOCAD and other CAD software. We can optimize the pole shape and design with light weight and high strength. If client need back up file and loading report, we can design and provide them by PLS software.


All parts of the poles and cross-arms shall be hot-dipped galvanized after completion of manufacturing operation. No further manufacturing, touching up or modification shall be performed on the pole or cross-arm after they have been galvanized. Galvanization shall be as per relevant GB, ASTM, BS standards.
If client have other special requirements for pole design and fabrication, we can modify to conform to final requirements.
