Before fabrication, our engineer design and modified many times with owner engineer for final confirmation, this type of tower has some advantage:
Thinner thickness: 6-8mm
Less weight: 7-8 tons
Height: 32M, even higher
We design then with DAO POWER software, and can meet clients requirements. After fabrication all monopole are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
MEGATRO's door type monopole can accommodate a variety of cross-arm. MEGATRO also offers a wide variety of accessories and mounts.
