With rising living standards, social demand for electricity continues to grow, and the 220KV transmission line had become the city main power grid. And with rapid extension of city, suburb, rural areas, building new transmission line corridors are often located in the side edge of the road, the air passage will be restricted by the buildings, tower base will be limited by municipal pipe network facilities.
At this condition, many narrow based towers widely use in city power transmission lines. Such towers are good at economic characteristics and reasonable structure, but there are also some tower nodes with insufficient strength, and steel tube tower can be solve some problems. MEGATRO can design, fabricated, installed and maintain narrow base tower, it mainly have 110KV and 220KV.
MEGATRO can optimize design, to set a compact, narrow base, the tower design not only advanced but practical, with an emphasis on economic rationality to ensure safe and reliable operation.
MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of narrow base tower. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.
After fabrication all narrow base tower are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
