Steel grade:
1 material:  S235JR (Q235B) , S355JR (Q355B)
2 bolt : DIN7990, DIN126, DIN127, DIN555, quality: 6.8
3 poles +u-Guard and all others parts will be hot dipped galvanized according to EN-ISO 1461 standard, there will be no extra panting and coating on them
4 pole will be manufactured as a single unit
(it not have two separated parts welded to each other)
5 base plate of pole will be manufacture as a single part .
6 U guard will be connected to the pole by suing galvanized steel strap and its seal at 4 points

Technical Specification:
1) GSM monopole self supporting steel structure aesthetically.
2) These structures shall not exceed 0.5 degrees deflection from the vertical under these conditions as  computed with the full wind load of the planned antenna and coax cable load, configured for worst case  exposure wind direction.
3) The safety design factor for these structure for wind loading and future antenna/coax loads shall be greater than 1.8x (design load capability) to the failure strength which shall be considered the point at  which permanent deformation of any elements occurs.

General Requirements:
1) step bolt for pole blow 20m;  Climbing Ladder with safety cage for pole more than 20m.
2) The designs of the anchor bolts shall be detailed in a separate engineering design drawing.
3) The manufacturer shall show the result of the stresses for the various tower members and bolts.
