Product Description

Co-location cell sites on paired power transmission towers

Co-location cell sites on paired power transmission towers refer to pair lattice transmission tower with some telecom equipments together. Then both telecom and transmission function used on one lattice tower body.

MEGATRO mainly provide fabrication and design of this Co-location cell sites on paired power transmission towers for our overseas clients. This type structure foundation adopt anchor bolts connect with structure base plate and stub legs. Structure foundation belongs to precast concrete foundation with template and anchor bolts underground. And this structure was made of hollow pipe, which can be quickly deployed with minimal hardware and labor, factory drilled to customer specifications or modified in the field, if required, using a carbide-tip bit. In general, this type of pole fabricated with mild steel or high strength steel, such as ASTM A36, ASTM A572 GR50, GR65, Q235B, Q345B, S355JO, S355JR, ST37, ST52, BS 50B or other.
Co-Location Cell Sites on Paired Power Transmission Towers (MGPT-CT008)

Our Co-location cell sites on paired power transmission towers often adopt with some type as follow:

(1) Self-supporting
(2) Guyed type
(2) H frame type
(3) Delta type

Since 2004, MEGATRO has been manufacturing every type of Co-location cell sites on paired power transmission towers for utility &telecom applications. MEGATRO pioneered the development of transmission tower, telecom tower, substation, and other steel structure and was also at the forefront in the design of Transmission tower. MEGATRO has a complete staff of professional engineering personnel trained in the PLS Pole program and three different manufacturing processes for producing steel towers, poles and other supports. We utilize the latest versions of PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, TOWER, AutoCAD and other CAD software.

MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of Co-location cell sites on paired power transmission towers. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies. MEGATRO Co-location cell sites on paired power transmission towers Systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arm and telecom antenna with mounts. After fabrication Co-location cell sites on paired power transmission towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers. Even we take secondary finish for client again, which as duplex surface treatment.
