Guyed TV and radio towers are, typically, tall structures designed to support antennas for television. They are among the tallest man-made structures. TV tower mainly consist by tower foundation, body, ladder, antenna and other accessories. In the latter case, the mast needs to be insulated from the ground. They can also be used to support all types of wire aerials (for VLF, LF, MF and HF). Sailing masts, the masts that support the sails on sailboats, are very typically guyed masts. Guyed masts can also be used as the tops of free standing towers. A famous tower of this type is the Gerbrandy Tower. Guyed masts are sometimes also used for meteorological measurements at certain heights above ground level. Sometimes they are used as pylons, although their usage in agricultural areas is problematic because anchor foundations handicaps ploughing.

Design Requirements and Basic of Design
MEGATRO TOWERS will guarantee the overall safety of the tower. MEGATRO TOWERS will submit design calculation report for member design of tower and overall structural stability of the structure, which is signed by a charted structural Engineer.
General Design Criteria
Mast will be designed based on GB, BS 8100, TIA/EIA-222-G-2006, IS 802 & IS875 or equivalent international standards.
