Megatro 115KV double circuit single pole structure
A double-circuit suspension pylon has two circuits. For three-phase systems, each tower supports and insulates six conductors. In HVDC systems typically two conductors are carried per line, but rarely only one pole of the system is carried on a set of towers. Both tubular and lattice steel towers can be designed so as to support two circuits of electrical current. Double-circuit towers hold the different conductors stacked atop one another, while in single-circuit towers the conductors are lined up horizontally. Over ten years, MEGATRO engaged in design, produce and promote 115KV single pole structures.
These 115KV double circuit single poles can be manufactured as one large piece, or as several small pieces which fit together. This type of pole often used in city power transmission grid, with little space, economic and lower cost. Now MEGATRO can produce distribution pole with some type as follow:
(1) Flange connection
(2) Slip joint
(3) Step type
(4) Stagger type
(5) Others
MEGATRO can optimize design, to set a compact, narrow base, the pole design not only advanced but practical, with an emphasis on economic rationality to ensure safe and reliable operation. Today, with over 10 years of experience and our commitment to excellence, MEGATRO remains an industry leader in the manufacture and design of steel tubular & monopole structures for all Highway, Municipal, Custom, telecom, lighting and electric Utility applications. MEGATRO has a complete staff of professional engineering personnel trained in the PLS Pole program and three different manufacturing processes for producing steel towers, poles and other supports. We utilize the latest versions of PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, TOWER, AutoCAD and other CAD software. To meet the expectation, we produce shop drawings, components list and full production documentation, and even complete 3D models that facilitate the elimination of all design and drawings errors generated on the drawings. Another advantage is our 3D design and loading & design report, and can optimized the design and save cost for our clients.
MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of 115KV single pole. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies. MEGATRO 115KV single poles systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arm and other accessories. After fabrication 115KV single poles are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers. Even we take secondary finish for client again, which as duplex surface treatment.
