Product Description

V-Guyed tower refer to lattice tower which supported and fixed by stay wire, and from one 'V"shape. These may have, for each conductor, an insulator string hanging down from the tower, or two strings making a "V" shape. Here our MEGATRO often produce these V-type towers for our overseas clients.
735kv V-Gued Transmission Steel Tower

MEGATRO provide high voltage power transmission guyed V type for overseas client, especially 735KV tower, we can optimized design and make tower less weight, high strength, proper span distance, good wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials. We offer comprehensive solutions to match the special requirements of each organization, aiming for absolute customer satisfaction. All our V-type suspension towers are marked by quality construction and superior strength, and are suitable for a wide range of demanding applications in power transmission infrastructure.

MEGATRO is equipped with sophisticated machinery and equipment for the manufacture of V-type suspension towers, and offers a variety of designs to meet client specific. Our 735KV V-type tower is fabricated by angle steel bar or solid steel pipe with angle or bracing members, which provides great strength, low weight and wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials. After fabrication all V-type suspension towers, are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
