It is three legs free standing telecom tower, angular or tubular materials.
 
  1. The structure of the Tower
  • The requested tower is a self-supporting 3 leg lattice, tubular or angular tower: height 60m
  • With 1,2m head section and 4,6m base sections for 50m tower, (optimized to save occupied space).
  • With 1,2m head section and 5,6m base sections for 70m tower, (optimized to save occupied space).
  • All parts are to be assembled on site by 8.8 bolts with counter nut provided. Flat and Grower washers have to be provided (no welding on site) Manufactured according to standard n ° 449 part 2, chp 5 of the BSI; welding according to BSI standard 1856 Warranty 10 years:

  • Civil work engineering for towers:
The tower foundation details established on the basis of International standards and for standard soil, topsoil type, non-floodable non-rocky. The permissible stress in the bottom of the excavation has been taken as a standard equal to 1 bar at the State Limit of Service (ELS) and 1.5 bars at the State Ultimate Limit (ELU).
The safety coefficient applicable to the calculation of the risk of tearing off the foundation mass will be 1.25.
 
  1.  Deployment at operational wind speed

  1.  Steels and hot dip galvanizing

  • All bolts, nuts and washers are hot-dip galvanized and are grade 8.8 according to ISO898 / 1.
  • All bolts (Ø≥12mm) are provided hot-dip galvanized according to NFE 27-016 coating class 5g / dm2. These fasteners comply with European standards, and are Grade A325N

Our MEGATRO performs in-house design activities by PLS software or other software. Our Engineering Department is boasting of highly qualified engineering who are conversant with international codes and standards. The work is carried out with extensive use of CAE/CAD via a large of computer network. The computer hardware & drafting software are liked to the CNC workshop equipment for downloading of information thereby eliminating error and saving valuable production time.

After fabrication all towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot Dip Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.

Moreover, we offer cost effective range of development and installation service regarding as an additional installation service. These are further, designed for both government and civil communications and suitable for both far-off and short distance communications. For additional protection, we cover these with protective shield to prevent the radioactive fallouts.
