MEGATRO is the professional designer and manufacturer for every type of antenna communication tower and other type telecom tower. Till now we had design and produce 15m, 20m, 30m, 32m, 33m, 35m, 40m, 45m, 50m, 55m, 60m, 65m, 70m, 80m antenna communication tower for our overseas clients.

Today, with over 10 years of experience and our commitment to excellence, MEGATRO remains an industry leader in the manufacture and design of steel tubular & monopole structures for all Highway, Municipal, Custom, telecom, lighting and electric Utility applications. MEGATRO has a complete staff of professional engineering personnel trained in the PLS Pole program and three different manufacturing processes for producing steel towers, poles and other supports. We utilize the latest versions of PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, TOWER, AutoCAD and other CAD software. To meet the expectation, we produce shop drawings, components list and full production documentation, and even complete 3D models that facilitate the elimination of all design and drawings errors generated on the drawings. Another advantage is our 3D design and loading & design report, and can optimized the design and save cost for our clients.
 
Design Requirements and Basic of Design
MEGATRO TOWERS will guarantee the overall safety of the tower. MEGATRO TOWERS will submit design calculation report for member design of tower and overall structural stability of the structure, which is signed by a charted structural Engineer.
MEGATRO will supply the skeleton to scale, showing the assembly of the structures, the antenna mounting levels, other detail drawings etc.
All materials will comply with client requirements.


General Design Criteria
Mast will be designed based on GB, BS 8100, TIA/EIA-222-G-2006, IS 802 & IS875 or equivalent international standards.

MEGATRO design and provide every type of antenna mast and tower according to our client requirements. We had built up a wealth of experience and knowledge in the design, manufacture and on time delivery of antenna masts and antenna mast package.

Design calculations and checks must be undertaken to ensure the integrity of the mast structure and that the antennas are operational within the specified limits of their manufactures and the mobile phone operators. The design team can advise on the most efficient method of upgrades of existing sites based on their knowledge and the company's flexible manufacturing capability.

The majority of our antenna communication towers are manufactured from steel and are hot dipped galvanized and we are able to provide painted where specified. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
