Product Description

Qingdao Yupeng Co., Ltd can offer every types of steel butt weld pipes and hot galvanized steel pipe such as the longitudinal seam submerge welded structural pipes with large diameter, and the pipes inner diameter is Φ 406mm or above.

It can used in the fields such as power transmission steel tower, papermaking, energy, transportation, light industry, machinery, every type of construction frameworks, and also in auto fabrication, supermarket racks, container fabrication and industrial plant structure, etc.

Material: All the steel plate are purchased from the noted Chinese steel plant or based on the customer's specific requirements. Before we began to use the steel plate, these products have been checked by steel plant and our quality checker so as to assure the quality of the raw materials.

Production Standard: Our steel butt longitudinally-welded Pipes are produced with a range of tempers and guaranteed mechanical properties to comply with all major world standard such as China national standard (GB) or other country standards such as ASME/ANSI, API, MSS, DIN, JIS, SH, SY, HG, and DL. We also can produce all the goods according to the customers other requirements.

Tolerance:
1 Diameter
1.1 The OD, wall thickness and length shall comply with Code API SPEC 5L. In case of pipe of other dimensions are required, the buyer and the seller shall make mutual agreement accordingly.
1.2 Except that the tolerance for OD and wall thickness shall comply with API SPEC 5L, GB709-88 Dimensions, shape, and weight for hot-rolled plates and strips shall also be binding. In case of pipe of higher precision is required, the buyer and the seller shall make mutual agreement accordingly.
2 Length
2.1 The usual length used ranges6-12.2m. No more than 5%(in weight)of short size pipe is allowed, and the short size shall be no less 1m.
2.2 Cut-length and double length
They are specified in the usual range, and for each cut length, there shall be 5mm extra. And the total tolerance is L0+15mm.
3 Shape
3.1 The tolerance for straightness and tortuosity factor shall not exceed 0.15% of the pipe length.
3.2 The ovality shall not exceed 5mm. And the difference of the average diameter between pipe ends shall not be more than 2mm.
3.3 The cutting section of two ends shall be perpendicular with the axis of the pipe, and free from blurs.
4 The transaction value is based on theoretical weight or actual weight. And the density for the steel is 7.85 ton/m3.

Visual quality: Defects like fissure, scar, overlap, layer, porosity, Flash are not allowed. Oxidization skin and traces of grinding are allowed.
Packing: Export standard bare bundles or as per customer's requests
Color: Silver white or Based on the customers' requirements.

Welded requirements:
1. We used CO2 welding and submerged arc auto welding or other methods.
2. Welded seam shall be full penetration and grinded.
3. The welded product has no fissure, scar, overlap, layer or other defects.
Galvanization:
All components are dip-hot galvanized with uniform.
