Material: All the steel are used the noted Chinese steel plant products or based on the customer's specific requirements or product them according to our Chinese national standard. Main steel material as follow:
Q235, Q345, Q420, Q460, ASTM A527 A36, GR50, GR65, ST-37, ST-44, ST-52, S355JR, S355J2G3, SS41, SS50, SS55, Fe 430B, Fe 510B, and others equivalent steel material
Fabrication: Based on the customer's requirements, approved drawings and Chinese conditions
Galvanization standard: As per Chinese standard GB/T 13912-2002
American standard ASTM A123, IS: 2626-1985

Capacity: 3000tons/month
Color: Silver white or Based on the customer requirements.
Package: Export Standard Package, wrapped with felt cloth or rubber mat and fix them by iron wire in case of collision or bump
Terms of Payment: L/C, T/T

Design Requirements:
1. According to the customer's requirements
2. Under the designed wind load; Lateral sway at the top of tower is less than 0.5 degree.
3. The design will be also based on the customers other specific technical parameters.

Welded requirements:
1. We used CO2 welding and submerged arc auto welding or other methods.
2. Welded seam shall be full penetration and grinded.
3. The welded product has no fissure, scar, overlap, layer or other defects.

Galvanization:
All components are dip-hot galvanized with uniform. Thickness from 80 to 120Microns, or from 510g to 6120G/M2 or as per customer's requirements
Certification:
We also supply Factory accept test, Warranty certification, Certificate of product quality, Certification of Quality Management System or the third party testing report from Chinese government
