MEGATRO mainly provide fabrication and design of every type of light telecom poles for our overseas clients. This type structure foundation adopt anchor bolts connect with structure base plate and main body. Structure foundation belongs to precast concrete foundation with template and anchor bolts underground. And this structure was made of hollow pipe, which can be quickly deployed with minimal hardware and labor, factory drilled to customer specifications or modified in the field, if required, using a carbide-tip bit. In general, this type of pole fabricated with mild steel or high strength steel, such as ASTM A36, ASTM A572 GR50, GR65, Q235B, Q345B, S355JO, S355JR, ST37, ST52, BS 50B or other.

The wind loading on the tower and antennas mounted on it will withstand a ground level wind velocity of 140 Km/h and survival speed of 180 Km/h including with height in accordance with latest standard. Antenna that will be considered when it calculates wind areas will be 18 GSM antennas, three each 600 mm diameter microwave dishes & one 1.2m Ø Microwave plus all the feeders for GSM and MW antennas.

We utilize the latest versions of PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, TOWER, AutoCAD and other CAD software.

MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of guyed telecom tower. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies. MEGATRO guy telecom towers systems can accommodate a variety of telecom antenna with mounts. After fabrication all guy telecom towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers. Even we take secondary finish for client again, which as duplex surface treatment.
