Product Description

MEGATRO provide every type of high mast stadium pole . This type is 55m hight mast pole, they are manufactured from 12 or 16 side  steel sections. The brackets have a center fixing point enabling the floodlight to be rotated 360 in azimuth and enable the floodlights to be aimed as designed. Floodpoles are designed to accommodate control gear at the base of the column.

1.Steel Material Specification;
A.Steel Material to be used of for high Mast sections as per Chinese GB standard Q460,yield strength is 460 N/mm2.
B.Steel Material for Base plate,stiffeners,lifting/Compression Hooks are as per Chinese GB standard Q345.
C.Steel materials to be used for Pole Cap and others as per standard Q235.
D.Hexagonal Bolts Grade 8.8 to be used with lifting/Compression Hooks.
2.Welding Standard:
A.All welding to be done as per Standard BS 5135:1984;No welding allowed after galvanization.
B.Welding Electrode shall be as per AWS 5.1-69,Grade W6013 standard.
3.Check Matching Components:
A.Priot Galvanization High Mast sections and all other structural members,all must be assembled to check fitting and match respective components and any deviation found shall be rectified properly before galvanization.
4.Galvanization Standard:
A.All Galvanization to be done as per BS 729;1971
5.Passivation Standard:
A.Passivation after hot dip galvanization to be done as per ASTM B-117-90 and ASTM B-201-89 standard.
