MEGATRO provide typical design for MEGATRO 132KV DC TENSIONE H 12M ELECTRICAL STEEL POLE  which used in African power transmission line project, since year 2010, we had been mail supplier for Nigeria PHCN, and NGCP. This monopole has some type such as terminal, transposition and tension tower.

2.2 Scope of work

the work scope of this project is XE Pian Xe Namnoy hydropower PROJECT Lao PDR package1:115kv/230kv Transmission Line ) corresponds to all the work.
The work undertaken in this project includes, but is not limited to:
2.2.1 , the construction of all materials, equipment procurement, transport and on behalf of the custody;
2.2.2 , all civil engineering, installation, acceptance and handover work;
2.2.3 , Line The clearing of road passages;
2.2.4 , the exclusion of the UXO(unexploded ordnance) within the line corridor and the corresponding safety and security work of the exploration design, management and construction personnel, provide UXO exclusion report.

2.3 Project management characteristics and overall requirements

Before fabrication, our engineer design and modified many times with owner engineer for final confirmation, this type of tower has some advantage:
Thinner thickness: 6-8mm
Less weight: 7-8 tons
Height: 32M, even higher
We design then with DAO POWER software, and can meet clients requirements. After fabrication all monopole are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
