Self-supporting steel lattice tower for overhead transmission lines
Self-supporting steel lattice tower refer to the tower is self-supporting structure, no need guyed wired, it has self-supporting angular tower and tubular tower. MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of every self support tower. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.

MEGATRO's self support transmission tower systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arms and other accessories and mounts. In design we use DAO POWER software to design tower structure and conform to client standard and site requirements.
MEGATRO is equipped with sophisticated machinery and equipment for the manufacture of Self-supporting steel lattice tower for overhead transmission lines, and offers a variety of designs to meet client specific. Lattices of triangular cross-section are most common, and square lattices are also widely used. After fabrication all Self-supporting steel lattice tower for overhead transmission lines, are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
